Quick answers

Manage or cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple: on your iPhone go to Settings → your name (Apple Account) → Subscriptions → Junkfoodselfie. Cancelling during the free trial means you pay nothing. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Blocking isn't working. Check that Junkfoodselfie has Screen Time permission (iOS Settings → Screen Time), that today is one of your blocked days, that your apps are selected in the app's Settings, and that your subscription or trial is active — blocking pauses when it isn't. An iOS update can occasionally require re-granting permission.

Delete your account. In the app: Settings → Delete account. It's immediate and permanent — profile, photos, calendar history, friends, everything. You can also email us from your account's address and we'll delete it for you.

Privacy rights and data requests. To request a copy of your data, or exercise any other right under UK data protection law, email us. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Report a photo. Long-press any meal photo a friend shared and choose Report — it's hidden immediately pending review. You can also remove a friend at any time, which cuts visibility both ways.
